If you are going to eat at the end of a long day . Find another way to reward and stress yourself. Relax with a book and a cup of tea, take a warm bath or seek another diversion.
If you eat when you have little energy . Find another source of energy. Take a walk, take some music, or do some exercises (for example, take a look at the 10-minute fat burning exercises). Another possibility is, for example, a short power nap, keep it under 30 minutes.
If you eat when you are alone or bored . Look for others instead of food. Call that friend or girlfriend, go hiking (with your dog), seek a hobby, or go somewhere else where you meet people, such as the library, the shopping center or a sports club.
